Question 1

Q1. How often should I come in?

Accepted Answer

For the best results, we recommend every 2 weeks — at least for your first 5–6 sessions. Once your skin is in good shape, every 3–4 weeks is enough to maintain it.

Question 2

Q2. Can I get treatments while pregnant?

Accepted Answer

Gentle facial treatments are generally considered safe during pregnancy and are performed softly. Please let us know when you book so we can adjust the treatment for you. However, treatments involving strong acids/peels, microneedling, or machine-based heat therapies (RF, HIFU, THERANOVA) are not recommended during pregnancy — please check with your doctor first.

Question 3

Q3. Is there any downtime?

Accepted Answer

Most of our treatments have no downtime — you can return to your day right away. After Bio Micro Needling or the Milk Peel, you may notice slight redness. Bio Micro Needling stays active for about 72 hours, so for the first 3 days, skip face washing and keep applying the ampoule we provide. Depending on your skin type, light flaking may appear for 3–5 days — or not at all; some clients experience none. The redness is never severe enough to disrupt your daily life — downtime is mild compared to stronger peels.

Question 4

Q4. When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start on time. First-time clients, please come 15 minutes early for the consultation and intake form.10

Question 5

Q5. How should I prepare for my treatment?

Accepted Answer

Come with a clean, makeup-free face if possible. Avoid strong sun exposure right before your visit, and let us know about any skin conditions or allergies in advance.

Question 7

Q7. Are there any cases where I can't receive RF treatment?

Accepted Answer

Our RF (CRAZY 015) treatment uses high-frequency deep heat. For this reason, for your safety, it is not recommended if you have a heart condition or are undergoing cancer treatment. If you have metal dental implants, metal crowns, or braces, you may feel a tingling sensation in your teeth as the device passes nearby — please let us know in advance.
